DELIVERY INFORMATION
The moment you submit your order, your delivery will be processed with our teams. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, including the goods you have ordered.
 
Our team shall be communicated by call or sending a message to the registered mobile number mentioned on the invoice during the delivery date.
·      Furniture Installation is free at the time of delivery. If the delivery day is different than the installation date, extra charges shall be applied.
·      Customer must ensure that the mobile number given in the invoice is reachable for our delivery team. If the delivery team were not able to reach the customer on the delivery date, another date will be fixed with extra charges for delivery and installation 
·      To cancel or reschedule your delivery, please call 22247451/2 at least 48 hours prior. Cancelation within the same date of delivery will have extra charges of KD 20.
·      From the date of purchase, free storage service for up to 45 days, Storage fee for more than 45 days the customer shall pay 1 KD per day.
·      The maximum storage period is 6 months.
·      In case of any customer cancellation of the order, storage fees are not refundable.
·      By purchasing your order online, you agree to the terms and conditions of our storage services.

·      Delivery service offered on this website is available in Kuwait only.
 
Cash on Delivery
Cash payment is unavailable, and we will provide an alternative online payment option to pay through debit or credit card.
