RETURN POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
 
The customer must take reasonable care of any products that he wishes to return and not use them. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage, and we may REJECT the request of return or exchange.
 
 
·      You have 14 days to return your product with the full amount.
·      Special Orders, Installed items and last piece order may not be returned or exchanged.
·      Customer can refund his money as long as the products are packaged in their original condition.
·      Customer can exchange his items with a VOUCHER COUPON which are valid for 6 months.
·      Products have a year warranty covering manufacture defects.
·      We will process a refund through an online transfer.
 
For any cancellation, customer must call our customer service department 22247451/2 to cancel their order within one hour of having placed it.
